First, the item functions just fine so far. The oven drawer cooks pizza, biscuits and cookies just fine. The microwave is fine for cooking frozen dinners (I don't do real cooking in a microwave). But, the exterior leaves a lot to be desired. The control panel is unlit and hard to read. Almost no stainless / almost all plastic. The top of the microwave seems to be peeling. I've only had this for about a month and even if it continues to work, I think it will start to look bad in short order. I was told by a friend that the plastic I see peeling may be a protective coating that is to be taken off b4 use, but I removed the foam plastic that was wrapped around it and I see no loose ends where this would peel off.

We love the oven feature on the microwave. No preheat and food is evenly cooked. We now use our oven tray for all our oven snacks like taquitos, pizza, nuggets, etc (in other words, about 85% of our large oven use). The microwave is small and I miss my instant cook settings on the previous microwave. I know, how hard is it to hit a 3 and a 0 followed by cook, but I do miss the 30sec button. With that said, I'm very pleased with the combo microwave.
