Overall, this is a pretty nice microwave with some great features (i.e., if the turntable gets impeded while rotating one direction, it starts turning the opposite direction). The biggest downfall is the volume of the microwave while it's cooking. Not a huge, but definitely can be annoyingly loud.

The measurements for this microwave are wrong on this site. It is quite a bit smaller on the outside than listed. Go to the LG website to get correct ones. Otherwise, just got it and it seems nice. One con...a feature I had on my last microwave was instant cook on each number 1-6. So if you pushed 1, you instantly got 1 minute, and so on. On this microwave you have to put in the time, unless you press easy cook for each 30 seconds.
I call them as I see em.

NOTE1: After actually using it I can say I like it. It cooks fast and very evenly, much better than my decade old Samsung 1400w.

Bought this item one year nineteen days ago. Turntable stopped working and the plastic stub that inserted into the microwave was burned/melted. LG said I was 19 days beyond the warranty, case closed. Other reviews on other sites note the same or similar problem. So, from the quality of the product and the quality of the service LG gets one star.
