  It arrived at the house, no problems, when I picked it up I could hear broken glass. Sent it back.

  I purchased this microwave because I wanted a stainless steel unit, and it was priced right. This particular model looks good, and has pretty much standard microwave features. Nothing really stood out to me. It works well, but I definitely noticed that it does not cook/warm food as fast as my previous microwave (which was 1000 watts vs. this one at 1100 watts). Perhaps it is designed to more evenly cook food and not as fast? Either way, that is not really a huge detractor, just an observation. Overall this microwave works well but doesn't set any new standards and has no "wow factor".

  I bought one of these in January of last year, and it was fine (but loud) until now. As soon as it was safely out of warranty, it started to turn on as soon as the door was opened (which isn't what you want from something that emits microwaves). I bought it because it was a decent size and super cheap, but it's not so cheap if you have to buy a new one every 18 months.

  I was looking for a microwave as my last microwave started smoking one day. All of the stores wanted $160+ for a decent microwave, this was the only microwave under $100 that had the looks, power and size I wanted. it could be a little quieter however I am very happy with this microwave overall.
